DWC/C™ VALIDATED PERFORMANCES SUCCESSFULLY EXTENDED
DWC/C was the original connection solution for casing rotation applications that exceeded API Buttress torque capabilities.
However, recent well requirements in the shale plays have resulted in higher compression and bending loads.
In an effort to meet these new needs, VAM USA subjected DWC/C to physical testing validating the compression capacity as the same as the tension capacitty. This new validation allows operators to utilize DWC/C in deviated wells where excessive torque, tension, and compression are required.
